This ministry offers fellowship and comfort to those who are in nursing homes or are homebound. We provide the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist while praying with the individual. Our most vulnerable members of our parish family are often in nursing homes and need prayer, fellowship, and relationship. This ministry supports these individuals by bringing them both the Holy Eucharist and much needed fellowship. This ministry of nursing home and homebound requires specialized Eucharistic Minister training provided by the diocese or the parish.
